GROHE 26128002 Euphoria 260 Cooltouch Thermostatic Shower System, 1.75 GPM, Starlight Chrome

Always try to buy Grohe products as they are excellent quality, last for years (decades) and when needed, spare parts are readily available. This is a beautiful shower unit, would highly recommend and all other Grohe products. I was not compensated in any way for this review, this is my personal sincere opinion.

Converted my bath/shower to walk in shower and pick this grohe shower system. I like the look and easy of operation. There was a missing part when I received the package - the seller quickly corrected

DO NOT BUY! This shower is replacing one system very much like it by Hudson reed. Same price, but due to tariffs they do not export anymore!!! The shower looks metal, buts it's mostly plastic parts! The hand shower is awful -- it does not concentrate water AT ALL! both showers were for low pressure. This one is absolutely horrible. Nothing it advertised is true. False advertising! Horrible cheap product! In all aspects including pipe size it was the same as previous shower. This one FOES NOT WORK!!! IT DOWS NOT TAKE THE SOAP OFF. AND THIS WITH THE SAME PRESSURE PRESETS AA PRWVIOUS SHOWER FEOM HUSSON REED. TARIFFS HAVE CUT DOWN OUR ABILITY TO GET QUALITY PRODUCTS. WILL RETURN AND ASK FOR REFIND OF INSTALLATION CHARGES.

This product is great for enhancing your shower experience. It includes a handy hand shower and a durable metal hose. The 10-in. rain shower head and Starlight Chrome finish add a sleek touch to any bathroom. It's safe for families with young children as it prevents scalding. The spray pattern is perfect, but noise reduction and easier availability of spare parts would be improvements.

Grohe has a great product and I like the product very much, problem for a 2 star review is the fact that the shower sent to our house had clearly been delivered to another customer before, and when it arrived at our house, the main connection to the cold and hot water were missing. Also some gasket and grease + 2 little adjustment screws were missing. I called Grohe who was not responsible for this shipment to see if they had the parts available (first suggestion of Amazon), as this was not the case, we have decided to return our shower kit and have ordered a new set. This one was opened as we received it, package as original and complete in good condition. With this hazel, we have lost 2 days with our bathroom project. Grohe great product, whoever has sold and shipped the first unit was careless about the condition of the packaging (all was opened already once before arriving at our house) apart of the missing important parts. I had to read another review, where another customer had the same complaint that I had.

Excellent Shower from Grohe. The water flow is very nice from both shower head and handheld. I’ll definitely recommend.

Looks great, good finish but it is almost impossible to shut off completly without fussing with the handle. Seems like a design flaw. If not for this issue I would have given 5 star.

Receive the unit, noticed it not "NEW" item been repackaged. As long as item is unused, that is fine. But with this almost $1K shower kit I'm little concern if any parts are missing. My plumber will be installing it in few week, if anything goes wrong don't know what Amazon could do? From the picture you can see that the manual has been READ.... :)

The shower is nice. Installation was not as l was hoping for but I had limited space behind wall.
