I have so many other exercise bands at home and was wondering whether it would be worth it to buy this. I tried using the other ones I have that are quite longer to see if I would do the same types of exercise and it just didn't feel right so I went ahead and bought this one. It was a great idea. It is super easy to use great flexibility and I noticed feeling better after using this for even just a few minutes. I keep this in my living room and I use it while watching TV and I've often times taken it to my desk when I work from home and will take a few minutes break between meetings just to stretch out.

... Okay, I have this Band hanging off the handle of my exercise bike. This is a good little gadget for adding in a bit of arm resistance while you're pedaling. Very LIGHT weight and easy to keep clean, as well as being a great fit for my smallish hands.

I have two of these, one for myself, and one for my mother who loves it. We both use this daily to strengthen our upper body and is great for anyone who sits at a desk all day. This is easy to use, durable, and will last a long time.

This is a great product. Not too much to say as it is just a resistance band. Does seem to be made of good quality. I would recommend.

This exercise tool is a must have. The strength and durability shows the quality. My new go too.

It’s not exactly what I was expecting. The strength it requires to stretch it makes it unusable for the purpose I bought it for. Not ideal for me.
