Q: does the Hot Headz Polarex 6-in-1 Fleece now have a neck warmer built in? I'm looking for the old version with no neck warmer in black.

Yes it does have the neck warmer. It is very nice, but if you don't want the neck warmer, this is not what you want.

Q: Where was this made? USA?

It said on the description it was imported. So, I don't believe it is USA made, but I was happy with my purchase. I had to wait a few weeks to get it, but it was also close to Christmas time when I bought it so it may have been slow delivery as opposed to slow shipping. I bought it a few years ago for my husband who needs it to work in the cold windy air in the winter. I purchased several that year for all the men in my family. It works well and my brother, who delivers mail, says it is great in the winter driving around with the window down.

Q: In the videos it shows this thing is waterproof enough to put your phone in it and dump it in water… Has anybody who owns dis proven this

I wouldn't trust it. It is water resistant not water proof.
