I love my metro mobility scooter. The ride is smooth. The controls are easy to navigate. It is a stron,steady vehicle that will fulfill all of you riding mobility needs. Light weight, easy to lift, fast and drives easily.

Driven once to see how it works so I could teach mother who the scooter was ordered for. She is unable to use it due to the lack of support ( no seat belt and not enough foot support).

This scooter goes pretty fast at its highest setting, way faster than the supermarket ride on carts. Just be aware that you will use more battery power at top speed than at lower speed settings. I recommend this scooter for anyone in need of this type of mobility product. I have problems walking long distances due to levoscoliosis, hip dysplasia and lower back issues. I have good days and not so good days and this scooter has been a blessing on the not so good days. Easy, simple assembly and easy to use.

It's a bit heavier than I'd like for one person to load into a hatchback or similar vehicle. It has come in handy getting my parent from vehicle to house after hospital stay. And fabulous for my father with bad back and replaced hip to zip down to the mailbox and back, or out to water his plants. It was a fantastic father's day gift!

Scooter came well packaged and protected from possible damage during shipping. Directions were easy to follow. Have yet to use it, but have it charged and ready to go. Love the fact that the arm rest width is adjustable.
