When I started to lose weight, I noticed a certain sluggishness in my life that I didn't care for. I was told about taking electrolytes to improve my energy level. It certainly did help. I was referred to this product and found that I enjoyed it. I order the "jars" for home use and then order the packets to take with me when traveling. I add these electrolytes to my water twice a day. I like the variety pack because it keeps me from getting bored. Depending on the flavor you can make these into mocktails to enjoy with friends when you don't want to drink alcohol

I got these because I am in the early stages of my pregnancy and I needed a little bit of an aid to help my hydration throughout the day. I was looking for one that wasn’t super high sodium either. My doctor said I could take these but if you are pregnant, make sure you check with your doctor first before starting any electrolytes. What I like about these is the taste is really good, it’s not super salty. I get dry mouth when I’m awake and I have a stick of this when I first wake up to kind of get my day going. It’s not too sweet either, which is a plus! In comparison, I was looking up Waterboy packets, one packet is 1000 mg of sodium! That’s way too high! Ultima is way better for sure. I’m excited to try another flavor. My husband had one and he liked it too. I feel a lot better when I have one of these packets. But I don’t exceed more than one in a day (yes you can have too many electrolyte packets) I just needed it as a boost and it does that perfectly! Really like this product and I will be repurchasing!

Liquid IVs, electrolytes etc just has an after taste. Add to that, it's sometimes bitter and let's face it..hard to drink because of the taste. On top of that, all the harsh ingredients beats the purpose of even taking it.This HERE though,...OMGosh it's fantastic and is exactly like it says. Reviews are accurate!! One taste and I was GONE! No need to look further..no caffeine, gluten free, no sugars and and..and..PERFECT for me because I'm quite the finicky guy..small food pallet as well.A little $$ at a dollar a pack, BUT...I can cut down on the chocolate milk hahahaI didn't get hard packets like some reported...they was all as they should be AND were not expired. Boom. I'm ordering more right after I finish this review.I ordered this to help with my muscle cramping/spasms. Yes I take vitamins but at the same time, having low electrolytes is not a good thing. Good ph balance along with hydration is good for our bodies.I'm glad I chose this brand and I'm not going to try ANY other. The taste is on point and I trust that it's quality after researching this company.Boom..done..life will be better with this one addictive.Fyi .ask your doctor for a metabolic and electrolyte panel alongside your next blood test. It pays to know what your body is doing and how it is reacting.

Tastes good, but takes a long time for it to dissolve in room temperature water. Even when it’s given several good shakes, it’s still hard to get it to dissolve. I’m not sure I’ll buy it again just because of the dissolving issue.

We found a box of this at our local store, but then as usual, they don't get the same product in twice. I was glad to find this here. Our 18 year old son is big on balancing his electrolytes, potassium, and so much more as he is big into weight lifting and body building. Plus, he just had a severe bout with dehydration and pnemonia that landed him in the hospital with sepsis, so he's now concentrating on staying hydrated and keeping things balanced. I don't think this is a great value, but we need it. I like that it has a few more flavors, but there's still too many pink lemonades overall, but he doesn't seem to mind. Every morning, he eats breakfast and mixes up one of these in a bottled water before heading off to work.

I purchased Ultima electrolytes for my daughter who is pregnant. The product has been helpful in keeping her hydrated. I bought the variety of flavors the first time. She particularly liked the raspberry flavor which I purchased the second time. She works night shift as a cardiology nurse. The individual packets are so convenient for her to use in a bottle of water. Since she has had some issue with slightly elevated glucose levels, the low sugar in Ultima is also helpful. I would highly recommend this product for anyone trying to increase hydration with minimal sugar and convenience of individual packets.

I started using this Ultima drink mix product about 1 year ago when I was pregnant with my third baby. I was looking for a good electrolyte supplement to add to my daily routine to help my hydration needs and came across Ultima. I originally tried their other product that came with a scoop but I definitely prefer these packets more for convenience.The variety pack is nice because it allows you to sample the different flavors. My favorite is the grape flavor, but I did enjoy all of them. Some of my favorite things about this product are no stevia aftertaste, a nice variety of flavors, the packets are way more convenient for on the go or travel, and no artificial colors or flavors (which is a big one for me)—-not many competitors were able to show that from my research. It dissolves well, leaving no gritty texture once it’s mixed.Overall, I highly recommend this product! I’m currently postpartum and breastfeeding and this has still been a nice addition to my daily routine for hydration.
