Let down by cheap components
The red strap broke on my second usage. To be precise the metal rings on the strap snapped in half making it impossible to hold the stretches using the rope. It's a really vital component. I've now gone back to bodyweight splits training. It's a shame because this is an otherwise handy piece of equipment let down by a cheap and flimsy build.
