Q: these boots are treated with the never wet technology, should i still waterproof them? Also are they slip resistant?

I bought the gray ones for my daughter and myself. The boots had a tag attached stating they are treated. I think it also mentioned treating them once a year. The "Elle" has the ripple sole which will give you more traction than other flat bottom boot. Neither my daughter or I have tromped in the snow with these and wear them as a warm winter boot vs a snow boot...which we wear when we are out walking IN the snow or out shoveling.

Q: I have bad knees. Uggs kill my knees. Are these more comfortable than Uggs?

These boots are very comfortable for me, but my knees are fine. My uggs were comfortable too tho, just too expensive. Might have to just try them

Q: I wear 7.5 normally, what size should I buy? 7 or 8?

I wear a 6 1/2-7 and I ordered the size 7. It fits perfectly fine.
