Good quality
received a product of surprisingly good quality. the product also included tools for changing from the old watch strap to the new one. the product fit my watch perfectly. this supplier can be recommended. I'll be back next time I need a watch strap.

Broke after a few weeks
I was able to fix it but I'm not happy about it tried to return for replacement but I think they were just going to refund me because a replacement never came. I tinker with things and I couldn't leave it alone so finally was able to fix it and cancelled the return. The product feels good and doesn't feel cheap. I can't figure out why it broke the way it did. For the cost as cheap as it is I would give it 5 stars if it would not have broke.
