No can't be locked. Swivels 360 degrees. Solid and confy. Easy to assemble.

47cm from floor to front of seat cushion on mine I just measured it for you!

Q: I have two screws extra is thi normal

There should not be two screws extra. Are you sure they are not the clips that retain the seat and backrest together. Look at the back of chair and line up the brackets , insert retaining rods and clips.

Close to perfect but needed some work

Close to perfect but needed some work, the seat was a bit too low, the swivel ring was not good for desk use so i added casters. The springs on the footrest were also a bit weak so i replaced them too.These "issues" may not exist for anyone else just wanting an affordable recliner but i wanted to use at a desk.Easy to assemble and comfortable, seems well made.

Lovely chair

The chair is a beautiful chair, but my husband has a terminal illness and has to elevate his legs, but the foot lift did not lift enough, when he put his legs on the foot part it went lower and was not suitable for his needs. It a shame as it looked so nice and did not take up much room, and good value sadly we have had to return the chair

Frame distorted. 4 out of 6 screws/bolts failed to align with lugs/screw holes.
