The tablets dissolve easily, the blackcurrant flavour is pleasant without being excessively sweet, and they make it much easier to drink enough fluid. They are also sugar-free and contain virtually no calories, so you get the electrolytes without feeling as though you are drinking liquid sweets. They are convenient to carry, simple to drop into a bottle and much less messy than powders.
