ExustarE-CCG20 Chain Guide, Black

Really good chain device, can't recommend this one enough, gone is the slappy chain and chipped paint, chain runs really quiet and the c.guide follows the chain through all the gears

I've been using similar Bionicon V2 chainguides for years, super effective and easy to install. Their achilles heel is the fragile plastic tube that is used to attach the guard to the frame.Recently this item broke, and I could not get a replacement from Bionicon (discontinued product). So I bought this very similar product from Exustar, and what I guessed already from the pictures turned out to be true: the install mechanism is the same, so I could keep the Bionicon chain guide (aluminium instead of Exustar plastic) and just used the tube replacement part.That being said, the Exustar unit itself would function just as good as my hack, I just preferred the alu component to the new plastic one. I still use a 2x10 setup, so I am happy that there are still products made to support this system!

Die Führung läuft gut mit, das war schon das positive.Jetzt das negative:- Sie ist mir auf der ersten Ausfahrt einfach weggebrochen, wer unter Last also mit viel Kraft fährt sollte dieses Bauteil nicht kaufen.- die Führung führt nur auf den mittleren Ritzeln Recht schleiffrei, eine schräge Führung -vorne großes kettenblatt und hinten an Mitte Ritzelpaket- verträgt sie gar nicht.

fa il suo dovere e soprattutto non mi sembra che produca un gran attrito, cosa che era il mio principale dubbio non avendo parti rotanti ma sfregando sulla catena.OKKIO che le fascette in dotazione si staccano subito, meglio metterne due più "forti" prese dal ferramenta x pochi cent.Se si staccano rischiate di perdere il tendicatena nei boschi !!!Direi che abbia una buona resistenza a urti e strappi vari, avendo resistito alla mia guida da cinghiale ;o)

great little piece to add to your bike to stop chain slap and to keep your chain on. only problem is it made my bike noisy as the chain has to pass through the plastic so it gets annoying. easy to install, and like that the head swivels. had it on my 3X9 system, and i can assure you that changing front and back gears do not impact functionality. Great buy!
