Purchased this to cheer someone up.. and it did exactly that. I ordered this for my BFF who has been in an accident and not too well. 8 bars (retail) are roughly 65p each equates to £5.20 so no idea where the extra £4.79 comes from as it’s certainly not spent on that god awful “gift box” which was quite clearly made by Stevie Wonder. But the main issue is there needs to be more sugar not chocolate. A LOT more sugar. The reason being my friend is very VERY wealthy and I am the sole beneficiary of their estate. They have severe diabetes and I thought the sugar content in this gift would finally finish him as he succumbed to his diabetes with sugar overload. But no. Absolutely nothing. Now I am out £12.49 (inc delivery) out of pocket and my BFF is still alive and kicking so no inheritance of millions for me as the doctors told him he is fine and will live a very, very long life. I am so disappointed in Amazon and Cadbury’s for selling a very misleading product. Please up the sugar usage and reduce the price as it’s ridiculous. Thank you.Ps, if you put more sugar in the chocolate you don’t need to advise of this on the wrapper. But for people like me trying to bring forward a friends “expiration date” then how about injecting anti-freeze into the chocolate? It causes heart attacks and is untraceable. Just a thought.
