Fisher-Price Disney Baby Nemo Soother

I bought this for my 1 year old as she was having a hard time in her crib. I thought this might help. She loves it. I can actually put her in her crib, turn on the aquarium and give her her pacifier and she goes to sleep all by herself with NO crying. And if she wakes up, she turns it back on. If she's still tired, she goes back to sleep, if she's not, she'll yell for me. It would be better if the fish moved, but it's fine for the price. We had better ones with my older kids but this serves the same purpose. Very happy with it. Oh! And it takes AA batteries! Our old ones took D batteries which we NEVER had on hand!

My grandson loves this toy. It lulls him to sleep in his crib at nap time and bedtime. The lights and music are soft and soothing, putting him to sleep. My only complaint, and it is a big one, is that the product description states that the product origin is USA. When the item arrived, I was very disappointed to see right on the box "Made in China". We are very careful to NEVER buy toys from China. That is why I purchased this because it said it was made in the USA. I am going to keep it as I like it so much but this did not make me happy.

I really like the ocean wave sounds, the lullabies are soft and relaxing, and the lights are very colorful and pretty. I do wish there were some movement. Also, the buttons are not very well thought out. I have the rainforest soother for my other son, and the buttons are great. This one, you either have music and lights, music and waves, or just waves. You also cannot use the pink octopus to turn off the soother. It will turn it on as long as the top button is in the on position, but you have to shut off the entire soother to stop it, which is silly because then young babies cannot turn it back on using the octopus.

Awesome and a great price compared to Target, etc. it has 3 settings : off, quiet, loud. And 3 choices: music no lights, music with lights and ocean sounds with lights. The lights turn off after 10 min and the sound continues for another 10. If you press the pink squid it starts a new round. My 6 mo loves it and can now start it by pressing the pink squid. It keeps her occupied in the morning when she first wakes up and soothes her to sleep at night.

We bought the jungle themed one for my daughter and she loved it (so much that it's now on her big kid bed). We wanted a different but similar one for our son who falls asleep well to ocean sounds. This fit the bill.My disappointment is this has fewer options than the jungle one. There is only a music, music & light or ocean sound & light. So in the middle of the night when trying to soothe him back to sleep we have to have the light on. There are only two sound settings. There is no movement of the characters.The other major problem is the front button that allows the child to turn it on. It only works to turn it on not off. So if you want to turn it off when Junior falls asleep you have to use the top slider that turns the whole unit off. Then when he wakes in the middle of the night and tries to turn it on with the front button, it won't work. Commence meltdown.Forget this one. Jungle all the way.

This product arrived and did not work. The batteries in it were dead and needed replaced. It also has scratches all over it and needed to be cleaned. We thought we were getting something that was brand new and we were surprised that it appeared to be used.

really nice music, very easy for my son to figure out how to turn it on. Works great when he wakes up at night, he hits the button and goes right back to sleep. The light isn't too bright and can easily attach to any crib because it has an adjustable strap.

I'm due in June & decided to do Nemo for the nursery because it is perfect for June & I love the beach feel . This product was a awesome final touch to it and my 4yr old can't wait to set everything up for our new baby. The thing I love most about this product is there is no water in it so unlike the other fisher-price soothers that are pretty pricey that has water in them then after a year the water is gone an there is absolutely no way to refill them. So since no water is in this that is a BIG PLUS cause you just replace the batteries an its the same as when you bought it. The lights are very bright an the sound is AMAZING!!!!!!
