Great taste! I wanted to try something new, and it does have a different texture than a normal jam would because of the chia seeds so keep that in mind. The best way I can think of to describe it is that it is similar to eating a raw blackberry (texture wise). If that doesn't bother you, it is a slightly thicker jam consistency, but is full of flavor and still quite easy to spread. A bit pricey but I think it's due to the high quality limited ingredients (no pectin, high fructose corn syrup, fillers, etc) like anything else that is considered organic or a "health food." So after trying one (strawberry, yeah I played it safe hahaha) and finding that I really like it, I now order them in the combo (3 jars) instead of individually to save a bit of money in the end. You can mix and match the flavors (blackberry, raspberry, and strawberry) or get all of the same flavor, but out of the 3 flavors, I personally like the raspberry one the most. They come well-pakaged/protected and even come with a sample of recipes inside, which I know sounds silly (like do you seriously need a recipe? Just spread it on the toast) but one of them was for making fruit Tarts which turned out pretty well and was fun to make. The jars are glass and can be reused if you so choose. Some other things that I use the jam for: PB&J, desert topping (ice cream!), mixed with berries inside a homemade crepe, pancake topper, and fresh biscuits/toast, to name a few. I also like that they have lots of flavor and are sweet without being too sweet or chock full of sugar. I have sensitive teeth and oversweetened/sugared jams/jellies are often a problem for me because that much sugar will make my teeth ache and even if it is delicious it wouldn't be worth it if I can't have more than a few bites, so I'm glad to not have that issue with this jam! If you have braces though, you might have an issue with this chia jam, since some of the chia seeds can get stuck in your braces, but usually you can get them out easily by swishing water, unlike with regular seeds where you would probably have to use a special braces brush to get it. Not sure if it's worth it though in that case (I gave up corn-on-the-cob when I had mine on, due to the hassle)UPDATE: I now use Sensodyne toothpaste which greatly lessens the (teeth) sensitivity so thank you to all the people who recommended it to me!

We have tried so many jams and jellies but never found any that we loved as they were loaded with sugar and did not taste great. We found this jelly at a local food market and they stopped carrying it so I searched everywhere and so happy to find it on here. We love all the flavors and like that it has chia seeds because they have such great health benefits.

I've tried a lot of chia jams and this is the best one out there! Our local stores stopped carrying it though so now I'm ordering it through Amazon.

I love these jams, the fact that they have chia seeds in them is awesome! I always feel guilty eating jams and jellies unless they are sugar free, which I buy and never eat because they taste weird! The addition of chia seeds makes up for the sugar. I toast my whole grain bread, spread this on and then put a dab of my plain Greek yogurt on each bite. So delicious and filling! Still feel like I'm eating healthy.

These fruit spreads taste absolutely amazing and are the healthiest you can find. I LOVE them! The sweetness is there without adding unhealthy amounts of sugar and the chia seeds just make it that much better. The consistency is also great, as it’s not too thick and not too thin.

A friend of mine got me into the benefits of Chia Seeds, so I bought these three jams. Not overly sweet at all, a good consistency, to me they're better than regular jam. I gave one to my friend as a gift and kept the other two and have used these more often because of the not too sweet flavor and because of the Chia Seed. One of my best finds.

These are so delicious!! I have never been a fan of jams or jellies because they are too sugary, however, I love these jams because they taste like fruit and not like flavored sugar. The raspberry is my favorite and the added Chia is a bonus! I get headaches from sugar, but I can eat these with no problems. I will be ordering a case of the raspberry to give as Christmas presents.
