Can i mix this with shea butter or coconut oil based lotions?

This product is water soluble. It will not mix with oils unless you use an emulsifier. If the lotion includes an emulsifier, then it will work.

Product description states: "ECOCERT approved ingredient in Certified Organic products and is Salicylate and GMO FREE!" but does not state it on the bottle.

Can I use this for my homemade facial wash?

I don't see why not. I use it in homemade hyaluronic acid serum, and also used it in a DIY eyelash growth serum with some aloe vera gel in it. I've used it in 3 different batches so far and it works well. Hope this helps.

Can I use this to preserve Rosewater? If so, what the ratio with liquid to keep it from molding?

Leucidal Liquid SF has nice antibacterial properties, but is not as strong at inhibiting mold. If you are concerned about mold coverage in a formula, it is advised to use either a broad spectrum preservative or something specifically to target mold along side the Leucidal Liquid SF to ensure good broad spectrum coverage.
