I love blue raspbeery flavored drinks. I work out so extra electrolytes are always good. I didn’t know how essential they were until now. It also helps me drink more water. They are super effective for rehydration. They mix super well. There is no clumping either. They are super simple to use. It’s the perfect sized bag for one person who sips on their drinks.

Great taste, clean ingredients & easily dissolvable!
Great flavor! Easily dissolvable and cleaner ingredients than a lot of the leading brands. I was searching for something cleaner and with less sugar for my anti-inflammatory diet and this product came highly recommended along with Thorne, but that one was a bit salty. If you’re not a fan of the salty flavored hydration drinks, this one is for you!

Mild sweet flavor
This has a very mild taste, but it’s not a bad one. I do have to shake the bottle quite a bit before powder clumps finally break down and dissolve, but I liked this enough to order it a second time. I’ve been struggling with dehydration this winter and these electrolyte packets have helped.
