Heroes of the Equinox (Valerian & Laureline)

I'm kind of glad the V&L stories are so old - this one from the late 1970s. That means being addicted to the stories will be a self-limiting problem.This matches the V&L pattern nicely: whole story contained in one volume, artwork a bit more cartoony than seems currently fashionable, strong female lead before they were as common as now, and a plot based on some white guy rushing in to save the day. And, like at least  one other  of these V&L reprints, a strong social moral - which would be something of a spoiler to describe.Bottom line: I'm still enjoying this series and still coming back for more. But, if the unfortunate  movie  had been my only knowledge of the characters, I might not have bothered.-- wiredweird

Since watching the movie I have been reading each issue and love all of them. So unique and different.

Again, interesting in an old comic style, but not really my cup of tea. Just reading because the trailers for the movie look fantastic!

Qui abbiamo la versione britannica (se non leggete il francese) in formato kindle (le tavole si apprezzano meglio su un tablet grande e si possono zoomare) preso in offerta a meno di 2 euro. Se il genere vi piace, un affare.
