I've had this product for 3 months and it's already in very poor condition, the scratch area is detaching and peeling off ... I find this unacceptable for the price! I hope trixie's customers service will contact me

Great quality and well-designed. All the cushions inside and the top layer are washable.

Best for small to medium cats and the scratching material is only on one side. It is cute, just as pictured and my babies love it.

My 8lb and 9lb elderly cats both LOVE this! They have used all three sections and seem to prefer the top and bottom. Because of their age I have it next to a piece of furniture that isn’t as high so they can get to the top section. For most cats this won’t be an issue. I love that the removable cushions are machine washable. The very first night one of them threw up on it. I threw the cushion into the washing machine on the “hand wash” cycle and then dried it in the dryer without heat. I also wiped the part that wasn’t removable with a little soap and water and it came clean. It feels solid and well made. It looks great in our home too which is a plus, because so many cat towers aren’t visually appealing. I highly recommend this!
