The Upper bulb stopped working
was using once a week only, the upper bulb is not working anymore. it was mentioned that the lifespan is 20000 hours. not satisfied at all.

It does exactly as described, charging the phone while inside works fine, the only thing I have a concern on is when closing & opening. It's a very hard closing if you lose grip of the cover, which I fear might blow the bulb in the lid. The lid is very smooth & sometime I find it hard to grip to open especially. It's a very well built unit.

Yes...this thing works as advertised. I was sceptical at first, so I decided to make my own agar plates and swabbed before and after, and I had the result after a few days and it clearly shows that this thing works.
