These resistance bells are exactly the same as those I used to use in my aqua aerobics class. Our pool was shut down due to the China virus, and when it re-opened 2 months ago, we had to purchase and use our own equipment. These are the perfect amount of resistance for me because I have been recovering from a shoulder injury. I'll recommend these to my other fellow aqua buddies!

These are the same brand Water Bells used in our local YMCA. They are well constructed, unlike the crumbling Styrofoam models. The comfort grips are great for long timed use and with a good rinse they will last a long time.

Very durable water bells. I use them in my water aerobic class and my arms get a good workout!

GREAT WATER BELLS

Good quality. Dry quickly. Beginner in water fitness. Should have started with the blue 40 percent weight resistance. Provides good workout though.

Needed the next level of weights. Bought the blue water bells. A lot more resistance like I wanted! I am very pleased with them!
