Very dissatisfied. The ceramic mug is very thin and cheap, the handle is very thin and not sure how long it would last before breaking, The lettering is unlegible. You can't even tell what it is supposed to say.. VERY POOR QUALITY! The names (EACH LETTER) are different sizes and fonts which makes it look misspelled. The screenprint is uneven and the marks on the mug from the screenprint are on both side. The mug was shipped in a Styrofoam insert taped up, with NO BOX! This was supposed to be a gift. I would be embarrassed to give this considering you can not understand what it says. I also think it was very expensive $23 for a cheap ceramic mug that you can't understand, which I wouldn't have complained about the price if the quality matched, but the quality is very poor on all aspects.

Ok so I like this it was a super cute gift. Only 2 things I would change is 1 the size of the people it would be nice to change the body sizes. And the second thing was idk if I did this wrong but the original price said 11 something if you picked the 11 oz cup the price went up and same with the 15 oz but if you left it without selecting one you paid the 11 in price but got the 11 oz cup. I thought it was a bit strange but the product overall I liked.

I got the smaller size , not realizing, its not a realistic coffee cup size. I love the design but it was just more of a collectors piece getting the smaller one. I got one for me & my sister. I would buy from them again because I love the idea behind it, but I would get the bigger one. Quality is ok. Its very light.

This was a gift to my beloved sis and she loved it!! She said the quality was good. I loved the choices when customizing to fit my personality and appearance. A little limited inthe hair selections for BIPOC populations especially high melatonins. But overall, I was glad my sis said it looked good and spoke to her as a gift.

I bought this mug as a gift for my daughter and she LOVED IT. I like the fact that I could choose the hairstyles and colors as well as the drinks shown on the mug to represent our preferences. The sentiment is also representative of our relationship. Wish there was one for mom and son as well!

The idea of this is cute but the production can use some work. The design was super light and the name was somewhat missing. Looks like they were low on ink

It's beautiful. My mother loved it for mother's day. She's the type that says don't buy me anything and cards are more important to her. I just moved 3,000 miles away and I wanted to get her something she could use everyday and something that reminded her of me and that I love her very much even though I'm so far away. She was so happy to get this and show it off to everyone. She was very touched. I definitely recommend this gift.
