The product is great but go to Lowes for less than half of the cost. Weight was only 5 lbs with box.

Excellent for feral house!!! My feral cat loves it. At first I was doubtful that he would go in it as I had a rug and pad inside. I would be washing and drying it everyday to prevent it from getting wet but it did anyway. My veterinarian, for my indoor cat, told me to buy straw and get rid of everything else as in the winter they can freeze on the paddings. Last week we had 7 inches of snow. Today we had severe rain and wind. It stayed dry for both! I was so happy! I continue to maintain the straw and check it but so far it’s been great!! The product was packed well and easy to separate and handle. Highly recommend!

Everything in it was okay. I was kind of surprise that it was just in a box. I thought it would come in a plastic bag. But that wasn't a problem. It just surprised me.

Gave this a 1-star rating because it was such a small amount for the cost. That could be on me tho. Perhaps I didn't read the description thoroughly. I had purchased straw quite a while ago...and it may have been from another seller...but it was for a much larger sized box for about the same cost-live and learn. Straw is described as "Premium"...but in the end straw is basically straw and shouldn't cost so much for so little. I used this straw in a feral cathouse I built for them outside. For the maybe one person who may have stumbled upon this...always use straw, and not hay, for animals. Better for heat retention and moisture dispelling.

Great price for the amount of straw

Took just over a week to get, wasn't what I had expected. Quite small for the price.
