Q: How to make a certificate

The certificates in Blumberg's standard corporate kits are printed with the name of the corporation, the state of incorporation, signature titles (The standard signature line is "President and Secretary-Treasurer", but you can specify something different on the order form.) and capitalization (one class). Many customers use Blumberg's SharePrinter template, which you can download for free, to print the individual certificates. SharePrinter fills in the name of shareholder, the number of shares in the certificate box and spells out the number in the story on the certificate. SharePrinter also prints this information on the stub. Blumberg's standard corporate kits come with the certificates bound in a book. If you want to use our SharePrinter template, you need to order loose, not bound, certificates.

Q: Is it possible to leave the binder blank with no wording on it? If so, how do I proceed without doing that?

The binder on the Black Beauty corporate kit has a window on the spine; it holds a gold label printed with the company name. The company name is not imprinted on the binder. In other words, the binder is blank. If you do not want the printing simply remove the label from the window. Please note, however, there will be the window on the spine. If you want a nice black binder with no lettering and no window on the spine please look at Blumberg's Plush Raven 3-ring binder. Search for Amazon ASIN B06WWCGW7F. You can also get Blumberg's Black Esquire binder (ASIN B06XDFWRSQ) without gold lettering on the spine; however, it has the word "RECORDS" printed in gold on the front cover.

Q: What should I put in the box under Certificte?

If you want the standard signature line of "President and Secretary-Treasurer" leave the box blank. If another officer in your company signs certificates, put that officer's title.

Q: For state of formation can you choose a foreign country? for example "panama" instead of a u.s. state?

Yes. Most nations authorize the formation of corporate and other entities by legislation, just as each of the states in the U.S. does. However, the formation requirements and initial fees differ in each country.
