Bought this coolant housing because mine cracked. Perfect fit. Cheap price. Been on the car a few month now and working properly. Definitely recommend

Don't make the mistake that I did of purchasing this item. It is absolute rubbish. It has done nothing but leak since fitted. Itfeels like it's been 3D printed. No strength to it. I have replaced with an original item (only a few quid more). if I could give zero stars i would. DONT BUY

Plastic is of good quality. But the sealing rubber lasted very little. I had to replace the part after 5 months of use.

I've given 4, no real reason other than just fitted so far all appears fine.

I bought this item in September 2025 and had it fitted to my car, after receiving a fault code saying that the thermostat was faulty. It seemed to be ok until yesterday, when I noticed steam coming from under my bonnet. I opened it to see the source and noticed hot water spraying from the housing. All of a sudden the entire section of housing broke off and showered me with boiling water and steam. This is manufactured from sub standard materials that do not stand the pressure of the water system or heat. Do not buy it under any circumstances. My car is having to be recovered and fitted with a genuine part and I have been scalded and showered in antifreeze and water.

Not very good product cracked a few weeks after garage fitted it would advise go to a car shop and buy the part
