Yes, it's somewhat cheaply made. The ceramic grinder is held (roughly) center by a plastic piece, so there's no way it's going to be perfect. But it does what it's supposed to - grind coffee. And yes, it takes a while to grind. I'm not using this daily, so I don't mind. If I'd wanted speed, I'd get an electric grinder. I will say this, though, it can have some sharp edges. Nothing a file can't fix.

Very useful and nice mill. I use it to grind pepper (some cooking dishes require a tbs or more, and this is an easy way of grinding the pepper). The only problem is the coarseness setting drifts. The problem is easily solved with a self-locking screw (I think it is an M6, but I can't recall).

Como molinillo pequeño y manual, para moler café para una taza o incluso dos, muy bien, pero lo de seleccionar el grosor de la molienda, fatal.No lleva marcas y no sabes el grosor seleccionado hasta que ves el café ya molido. Solo por eso, no lo compraría otra vez , porque no me sirve bien para lo que quería.
