Review: Delicious candy that may have health benefits - Kidding, I know they aren’t candy, but they really are tasty. Also I have no idea if they will prevent you from becoming ill, but the vitamins and minerals are still good for you. Are they worth the cost? Hard to say, because they are definitely expensive for a healthy sweet tart. All I can say is that I have been around sick people since I have been taking these (prior to a flight), and so far I’ve been ok. Probably just cursed myself by saying that, but here we are.
