White Water Safety and Rescue

I am only partway through this. The information is laid out well but so far I haven't really seen much new compared to previous whitewater safety and rescue volumes by Slim Ray, Les Bechtold, and Charlie Walbridge. It is interesting to see things from a British perspective. I would still have to rate Walbridge's Whitewater Rescue Manual as the best overall.

Jus started reading through this, kayaking is dangerous and you should learn the basics before climbing up the WW grades i think this will be a good investment.

Very informative book covering all aspects of the sport very clearly . Great nuggets to pick up and backed up with good pictures. A must for anyone going into this area of Kayaking.
