This has been such a fun addition to our backyard! The kids absolutely love it and have a blast using it. It was pretty easy to set up and everything we needed was included. Definitely a hit with the kids!

I took the time to review the installation instructions and everything went perfectly and we finished set up within about an hour because we needed to raise the height of the anchor points. Be sure to notice which end goes where, and which end to start with and the fact that the turnbuckle is clearly labeled R and L for the proper turning direction. We love it and my granddaughter loves it. Everything you need is included.

My kids have never been more excited than when I put this up for them. I wish the spring part that helps stop them was a little longer. I had to adjust the seat a lot to make sure they didn’t run into the tree. Sounds scarier than it was. I tested it out first and ended up dragging the ground. Installed it to fit their small size though. It’s a lot of fun! They do it about a thousand times a day. Value for money was way worth it and it works great. The instructions were easy enough. Could have been a bit more detailed in some but only took me a few hours to put up. For my 4 year olds, this is a fun summer activity!

The turnbuckles that we had (which came with it) snapped and we need to purchase more - But we need to know the size of the turnbuckle. Can you please let us know what it is??The Zipline is fantastic & we loved it - we used it for 5 days before the turnbuckles broke.

We are beyond the return window and a few months into set up and use is when we started noticing the cable line and turnbuckles rusting. My kids complain about the rust dust getting in their eyes when the use the zip line so now they use it less often. We specially bought this product because it advertised it being stainless steel, a known metal to prevent rust. I only gave it a 3 because overall it’s fun but the cable is a crucial part of the functionality and we will not probably have it replace it and that is the most expensive replacement part of the kit.

Nice quality but alot of work and hard to install it to get the cable tight enough. My grandson loved it and played on it all day
