No. This kit includes (1) SmartChlor Cartridge, (1) Mineral Cartridge, (1) Start-Up Packet, (1) Bottle of test strips, and basic instructions. The part number for the holder can vary between hot tub brands.

Q: How do I find out what model hot tubs this works with? Our hot tub is made by four winds but I have to find out the model.

The inline system is built into the spa. If you don't have the built in system you'll have to use the floating products.

Well, it all depends if your spa has two cartridge systems, one for mineral cartridge changed once every three months and the second for chlorine changed once a month. If not then you are using some alternative of this system and sop no, you would not need it.. On the other hand, if you have this system and are only using one of the two then yes, use the two-part system and only add additional chemicals when the little test strips tell you to!

Q: What setting on the dial do you place the mineral cartridge for a 330 gallon hot tub?

I've recently changed the setting to a 4 from a 3. The more people in the tub the higher the number needs to be. Even at 4 however, it seems to be about a third full when I replace each month so I open the old one all the way and let it float around the tub for about a week before discarding the cartridge.
