Love these little weights! I keep them by my recliner and do my arm exercises while my husband and I watch TV at night. Perfect way to get in a little extra arm work and they are super easy to hold! I love that they are lighter, so I can just do reps until I fatigue. Also they are small and easy to stow away from view. Great price as well!

Needed a hand weight that wasn't too heavy for long walks to keep my hands from swelling. Nice comfortable grip and works not just for walking for also for the at home youtube cardio with weights workouts I enjoy doing. These are such nice weights my mom took my first pair so I ordered a second for myself. Nice quality and have lasted for a few years without any visible wear.

I really like these hand weights. Having a handle makes all the difference in ease of use.

I purchased these to work the muscles of my arms during short walks. Not too heavy and easy to hold. My grandson wanted to know why I had pink brass knuckles by the front door.

I wanted weights to walk woth these are great wish wld got heavier weights now. They have. Rubber woth some grid to it so they don't slide. These r a must have for beginners n walking n toning those arms. I recommend starting with these

I'd been looking for a pair of 4lb hand weights that didn't require making that weight from a set of plates or some other such contrivance. These D's are the only ones I could find that fit the bill. And they are awesome. Nice thick and textured neoprene covers, and comfortable grips (I have medium/large guy hands - they may be a bit harder to grip for those with small hands). The color coding is a bonus should I decide to get another pair in a different weight. The only thing I would suggest is that if you get these, you should open the box immediately to verify you indeed received a pair. On the first delivery, upon opening the factory sealed box, I found only one grip weight inside. Of course, Amazon immediately made good on it. :)

Excellent ergonomic hand weights. Easy on joints, as have rheumatoid arthritis these are easier to hold

Recovering from fall. Bone in arm is healing very well but hand will have difficulties long term. Hand Shaped weights are easier to use with stiff hand and will help with further healing.
