Trust the measurement chart donโt let the size that you have to order scare you off
They fit amazing. They are a little bit long. Iโm 5โ5 and 198 . I have thick thigh and thick calves and they fit amazing. It brought my swollen down how many that I had ACL surgery on. Myonly complaint and is my fault is Iโm allergic to the silicone that holds them up so Iโll have to fold that to the outside to wear them. Photo was taken four hours after they were taken off. so if you have sensitivity to silicone or adhesive, flip the adhesive side out.

Good, wish they would come up a little further
I am updating my review. I am 5ft 3in and 292 pounds. I hold most of my weight in my legs. I have large thighs and calves but my Ankle is not big, about 10 inches. Shoes size Womens 10. Thigh is 35 inches circumference. I hope this information helps someone else buying this product. I am able to pull the stocking a little above my knee without it rolling so I went ahead and kept them. The material is good. They will go on top of your foot though if your my height.

Don't let sizing reviews discourage you! Size up and you can always size down later!
EDIT: 3X! I ordered the 3X last month, and they're doing great! I know it might be hard to believe that I went from a 7X to a 3X in a year, but that's how much water retention in my legs and fluid buildup had been in my injured knee and how much these leggings have helped. Yes, I have been on a serious weight loss journey, but to realize how much of what I've lost so far (almost 100 lbs) was from fluid is shocking to me. I don't think I threw the others out because I wanted to save them for my journey progress. If I can find them, I will take photos of the size tags. I want to add something I didn't before: I wear these from where my thigh meets my privates down to over my heel at the middle of my foot. They stretch that far for me and stay in place for roughly 8 hours a day until the rubbery part starts pulling at my skin. __________ EDIT: Purchasing 4X now! I love these things so much!!! ____ These compression leggings are incredible! I originally purchased the black in 7X and in 6X to test out the sizing. The 7X helped me adjust to the feel of them, but within a few days, I was in the 6X. Because of how well the 6X has done with extra fluid buildup and an old knee injury swelling, I am now going into a 5X. I have purchased the black and the beige/nude. I am currently losing weight, so I have to account for that, as well. These leggings have been a tremendous help in rebuilding muscle from not being able to use my legs and knee and give amazing support. I am walking almost as well as before my knee injury 100% because of these leggings. Before I started wearing them daily, my legs would ache so much from the pressure of my weight as well as the weight loss. These leggings ... I just don't know how else to describe them. One negative, and this is the ONLY negative, is that they can get snagged on rings if you're not careful. They are like super thick pantyhose. They don't run like pantyhose but the strings do pull if you're not careful. Although this is a con it's also a plus because it makes these leggings breathable. They aren't solid so I've been able to wear them in 99 degree weather under jeans. I definitely recommend! Don't hesitate! I'm buying my 5X now!

Perfection for extremely large thighs
These compression socks are amazing. They're durable. They fit all the way up to the upper thigh which is amazing for very thick thighed person.

They won't stay in place
Even though I used the sizing guide, I have not bought one that wont slide down the thighs. I have purchased sizes 3x, 4x, and now 7x. It's frustrating but if they didn't slide down they'd be perfect.

IF YOU TRY THESE AND THEY DO NOT FIT, TRY A DIFFERENT SIZE.
I would have given a 5 star rating if they were easier for larger folks to get them on comfortably. When you are 335 lbs and shaped larger on the bottom, it is hard to pull things up the back of your leg and with severe hand pain it is impossible. So I recommend going up a size or 2 which is what I did. Look at the individual photos because a few pairs have even larger sizes up to 7xl. YES I said a 7xl. I have been looking for something like this for a really long time. Everything the doctor recommended or I tried on my own did not work and cut into my leg in the back and thigh, well everywhere and really hurt. I have SEVERE bone on bone arthritis and Lupus so my leg pain is really bad most days but I am not eligible for surgery because of my weight. I stand or can't move or walk without severe pain so I needed something. It is so hard to do anything and my quality of life is pretty much non existent. This is my 2nd pair. I ordered the first pair according to my measurements and I was a 4xl according to the size chart I was excited when they arrived and REALLY wanted them to work but my hands hurt so badly and I struggled getting them pulled up high enough and was able to so this proves they stretch well ... but because I just did not have the strength I could not adjust them correctly and they dug in as the back of my leg and my knee. It is harder when you are heavy to get all the creases out which really hurt so these were not going to work for me.. So I returned the first pair and kept looking but kept coming back to these and wondering if I should just try the 5xl. It looked like the largest size was a 5xl but JUST SO YOU KNOW.. two or three of the colors go up to 7 XL so click and look at the size charts. If they were big they could at least keep my leg warm this winter so I knew I would keep them if I could get them pulled up. I won't know how well they work for a while but I received them today. Surprising to me......... I was able to get them on .... and pulled all the way up ...and this size is SUPER LONG and goes all the way up to where the sun doesn't shine. Since they are so long they also go over my foot so my toes just show. But that is an added bonus because my feet swell. I know the support probably is not as strong but this size was 5 inches larger in the calf and 2 inches larger in the thigh. So today I have been wearing ONE stocking on my worst leg to see if there is a difference and I have had it on for over 5 hours and they are REALLY COMFORTABLE. I thought this would dig into my thigh but the grip works really well at keeping them up and in place. Everything rolls down on me so if things roll on you try this. My only suggestion is for the company to create a separate style for larger folks or those with a disability so we can put them on easier. Maybe a pull on up and over the knee and a zip front top or something or a total zipper with skin protection flap ... I am sure there is a way. OH and on the colors that go up to 7xl maybe make that visible. Today I stood in the kitchen and made dinner (I rarely do this) and did not have to sit down every few minutes. I really hope these do the trick but I will not be returning these ... if these are not snug enough to help with the pain I will just use them when it is cold to keep my legs warm.
