Return of the Living Dead

I've had this soundtrack on CD for years, but I've always wanted it on vinyl, and it was hard to find and expensive. Now that it's been re-released I had to get it, and I'm glad I did. The acid-green color of the record just adds to the cool factor of this soundtrack, and the transfer is solid and sounds great. A must have for any fan of the movie.

The music sounds great, the inner groove of side 1 is noisy but then it all goes quiet after the music starts playing. The record sounds right and well balanced. It seems that Eddy Schreyer mastered this album just like he did for the first pressing back in 1985.

Love the movie...Love the soundtrack. I purchased on translucent green vinyl version. Only thing that is a bummer is full three full score isn't included which I knew. I was hoping the soundtrack would get the full deluxe treatment. Nonetheless, still a nice record on a cool color.

So happy I made this purchase. Quality and packaging is on par!

Great reissue of this 80's Zombie classic.

Great,classic soundtrack!!

After months of I consideration I finally caved and purchased this; Glad I did.It may seem a bit odd to spend over 30 pounds on music you can listen to for free on Youtube but for some of us it just isn't the same. This vinyl edition comes in green and red blood and looks pretty cool and sounds great. This soundtrack has always been a favorite of mine and compliments the wonderful film perfectly. I've always thought it pointless to recommend music to someone but if you like the songs from the film and you have a soft spot for vinyl editions then this shouldn't disappoint.I must also compliment Amazon on this occasion as the item was extremely well protected and arrived in perfect condition and that's very important to us collectors. I was a bit disappointed that it didn't have any liner notes, lyrics or such but otherwise it's just a great record.

Very cool! This film has a great soundtrack, a must for collectors! Also comes in a very creepy green and blood red. Almost looks like brains, I love it

J'ai décidé d'acheter ce vinyle car j'avais accès un prix promo très intéressant. J'ai eu la version limitée grise à 500 exemplaires.Le vinyle est vraiment jolie et très bien pressé. Aucun problème de son, de craquements ect. Les musiques sont bien restituées. A savoir qu'il s'agit de musiques de groupes "Punk Rock" des années 1980 et non d'une BO instrumentale. C'est important de le préciser.Donc bon pressage, foncez pour augmenter votre collection de vinyles.Concernant les chansons, elles sont toutes terribles si vous avez le rock et le punk des années 80.SI vous avez trouvé ce commentaire utile, pouvez-vous cliquer en bas sur "Oui".
