Great when stuck in bed
I recently purchased the Ontel Pillow Pad, and it has quickly become one of my favorite accessories for using my tablet and phone. Here’s my review based on a few weeks of use: Comfort & Support: The Ontel Pillow Pad is all about comfort. The soft, cushioned design is perfect for supporting both my tablet and phone while I’m lying in bed, sitting on the couch, or even lounging on the floor. The pillow itself is filled with a soft foam that provides just the right amount of support, and it helps keep my devices at a comfortable viewing angle without straining my neck or arms. Ease of Use & Adjustability: One of the features I really appreciate is how versatile it is. The pillow is lightweight and easy to move around, and I love how it holds both my tablet and phone securely. The incline allows for hands-free viewing, whether I’m watching a show, reading, or video calling. It’s perfect for using your device in landscape or portrait mode, depending on what you’re doing. Design & Durability: The design of the Pillow Pad is simple but effective. It has a sleek, minimalistic look that blends well in any setting, and the fabric is soft yet durable. I’ve been using it daily, and it still looks new. The foam padding hasn’t lost its shape, which makes it feel like it will last a while. I also like the fact that the cover can be easily wiped clean, so I don’t have to worry about spills or dust. Portability: The Ontel Pillow Pad is lightweight and portable, which is great if I want to move it from room to room or take it on trips. It’s compact enough to fit in a bag or backpack if I’m traveling and want a more comfortable way to use my tablet in a hotel room or at a café. Drawbacks: While it works wonderfully for smaller devices like my phone or a standard-sized tablet, it might not be as stable with larger or heavier tablets. If you’re using a bulky device, you might need to adjust it slightly to keep it steady. Also, there’s limited height adjustment—so for taller people, it might not always provide the ideal viewing angle when sitting up in bed or on a couch. Final Thoughts: The Ontel Pillow Pad is an excellent, practical product for anyone who spends a lot of time on their phone or tablet. It’s comfortable, versatile, and provides great support for hands-free use of your devices. Whether you’re reading, watching videos, or browsing, this pillow makes it more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a way to relax while using your devices without straining your neck or hands, I highly recommend the Ontel Pillow Pad. It’s simple, affordable, and definitely enhances the overall experience.

Great tablet holder for kids!
This is an excellent product albeit with one major caveat. It comes vacuum sealed and is therefore a wrinkly compressed mess when you first use it. HOWEVER, be patient. As other reviewers have mentioned there’s a variety of ways to help get the wrinkles out and get it to expand to full size quickly. I simply opted to wait rather than risk damage to it since it’s just a fabric shell wrapped around memory foam. It did take quite awhile but I’ve had mine for months now. I own multiple and over time they will look exactly as pictured and work great. I paid $10 for mine and I felt that at that price point making that one concession was worth it. I’m glad that I didn’t let the poor reviews affect my decision to buy it. I love it so I currently have three and will likely get another. Where they really shine is in being incredibly soft. I have other fancy sleek metal tablet holders that I can’t use for my kids without risk of damage or injuries. With this I can rest easy knowing that when they inevitably knock it over it won’t hurt them or scratch my hardwood floors or crack my tile floors or pose any risk to them whatsoever. It’s a great buy for parents and I highly recommend it.

Don’t waist time. You’ll have to return it. They have lowered the quality
I bought one of these eight years ago at a Rite Aid and it was firm, had three angles and was very sturdy foam. I bought the same brand thinking it would be the same, but it arrived completely smashed and it would not expand to shape. They sent me a replacement and it was the exact same thing! I did the trick with putting it in the dryer with a moist towel and it popped up to shape, but the foam is so soft. It does not work like it used to, and it only has two angles to choose from now. you can no longer move it in your device with one hand. Same brand ,same handle ,same pocket on the side. I will be returning both the replacement and the original super disappointed with the quality.

Great product, requires some patience early on
This product arrived very quickly (two days) and was compressed into a small box. The instructions say that it will fluff up on it's own after a while so I sat it aside for a few days. Four days later, it was only slightly bigger and no where near useable condition. So, I followed the instructions for using the dryer. Ten minutes wasn't near enough. I used medium heat for almost an hour and it still wasn't fully expanded. 02/02/24 Update: It took about 45 minutes on high for the dryer to expand it fully, but I still can't use the side with the bar across it. Pictures in the listing show it being use with a tablet that isn't in a case and my kindle is always in a case, so I don't need it. The other two sides meet my needs. It is a great product and works as advertised. I use it daily to hold my kindle when I read in the bedroom. It gives me two additional angles to choose from. It is a great supplement to my case. I only wish it had more pockets. The one pocket can only be used from one position. Pockets on the surfaces behind the kindle would be great too.

Arrived mashed but straightened out nicely
Looked at a lot of tablet pillows and reviews before settling on one of these from the Amazon Warehouse. It's made from memory foam, so I hoped that one that had been returned would have already re-expanded. It arrived in a fairly good sized box, so I was hopeful, but inside the pillow had been rolled/squished up into a much smaller box (think a small, square tube). I took it out of the packaging and my first reaction was "well this thing is going back" because it was totally misshapen like some of the other photos, and no way would it hold a tablet. Within an hour it was looking better, and by the next day it was nearly perfect. I did try tossing it in the dryer that evening as some reviewers mentioned, but it didn't seem to make any difference. The foam has completely expanded, but even after 2 weeks the cover retains horizontal wrinkles from where it was rolled up. I even tried spraying some Downey Wrinkle Releaser on one side and smoothing it without success. That said, the wrinkles in no way prevent me from using the pillow, and to be honest, on the dark grey fabric they are more obvious by touch than they are visually, especially since most of the surface you are looking at is covered with the tablet. I am sure that if I ever need to remove the cover and wash it that should take care of the wrinkles, but it's on there tight enough that it isn't worth the hassle to remove it just for wrinkles you can barely see. I purchased the pillow because I was having wrist and hand pain from holding my 8 inch tablet while gaming. That was relieved within days of using the pillow, so I am overall quite happy with the purchase. ****3 year update**** I was correct that if I ever needed to remove the cover to wash it, the wrinkles would be removed. Something spilled on it and it had to be washed. It was hard to get the cover off the pillow. I machine washed in a mesh delicates bag in cool water and a normal cycle, then hung up to dry because I didn't want the cover to shrink. It didn't shrink, but it was nearly impossible to get it back on, so I have hoped that I never have to remove it again. I love the pillow so much that when I saw them at a local discount store I bought another for my mother. I didn't yet have her convinced of how good it was when I spent a day babysitting my great nephew. I borrowed hers to use for the toddler's tablet. He refused to give it up and kept stealing it back, so I ordered another for my mother. She still uses her limitedly, but the baby and I both use ours every single day.

Perfect for movie night!
Ok sure, there's a few wrinkles and if it bothers you that badly then unzip the outer case and either iron low setting or put in dryer but I assure you, it'll have a few wrinkles. Don't be a prude. Also, it was vac sealed, so it was pretty rolled and scrunched and needed to form. I followed the included instructions and put in dryer and within 11 to 12 minutes it was at full fluff! To me, well worth the money so you don't have to hold your phone or tablet in bed and it's soft so if you accidentally snooze on it, no biggie. We have the newest Samsung Galaxy tabs and they fit with plenty of room to spare and my little phone likes this too. I'm happy with it. Get you one if you use your devices in bed everything. Your arms will thank you later.

Almost there
The pillow came in a small rectangular cardboard box. You take it out of the plastic cover and you allow it to expand. After it expands, you can place a tablet or a phone comfortably in a rest area like a couch or bed. You have 3 different angles where you can place your device depending on which of the three sides you choose. I ordered a couple of these and while it does its job, it is not the main attraction for the kids. It stays there with no use whatsoever. However, I found it helpful when browsing or reading for long periods. Additionally, one of the pillows didn't expand like the others (the one on the left is the normal one and the one on the right is defective). Unfortunately, I opened all them up after the 30 days of purchase ... I guess you live and you learn. I would give it a 4 out of 5 but since there issues with quality control I will deduct 1 star.

Confort et stabilité
3 façades pour 3 inclinaisons différentes. Coussin d’une bonne rigidité. Plus solide que certains modèles vus à moindre prix. Bonne qualité du tissu Je recommande cet article.

A real help.
Really helpful, and comfortable to use. It stops my arthritic hands and arms from being painful with holding a tablet or book.
