These are an easy, tasty way to keep yourself energized for long runs. Less sticky than gels. Don’t need as many blocks as jelly beans. They take longer to chew and ingest, so the energy release seems longer and steadier.One caution: I was mislead by Bike Nashbar’s storefront and ended up paying $25 shipping for a $25 box of blocks. It was advertised as amazon prime but they claim it wasn’t. They have a mediocre seller rating. I’m guessing they’ve ripped off others before me.

Great price, and I love the fact that I could purchase in bulk. I was buying them a few at a time at the local store, but then I'd get up to leave for a long run and realize that I didn't have any more left! Now I've got a stash built up so I don't run out again.

Taste okay but saves me in races

I use these during my long runs and they dont upset my stomach. These have some caffeine in them and I find it helps keep my focus on the long runs and they taste good!

Love the product. Ordered the 18 package twice and each time I received one bar. Finally received the 18 package the 3rd time but it took awhile to receive and the delivered price jumped about $10. Don't know if I'll keep using the product. Way too much hassle.

These are so awesome and with the caffeine really give you a boost when you are hitting a wall and need a quick pick-me-up to keep on going!

I like these with the caffeine. I prefer to carry a variety of foods when I ride, so I pair this with Kind bars, fig bars, skratch labs chews and the like, along with Gatorade usually. Keeps me going.

Gives me the energy boost I need! (added caffeine) I am a dragon boat paddler and they help on our long distance endurance pieces. It would be nice to have them in smaller blocks to make them easier to chew.
