This product is a complete disaster, very poor quality material. I've only used this sauna suit 3x a week during my fasted cardio sessions in the morning (low steady pace on a treadmill) and just under 3 weeks, it tore apart. I hate wasting money over stuff like that

My sauna suit showed up just in time for me to put it to the test. Delivered just as I was preparing to take my daily walk. Packaged very well. I was shocked how thick the material is, after reading reviews stating otherwise. I slide into the pants and I noted the quality of the material was good, very durable.-only negative note is I thought they would fit, but were actually too large - my fault, ordered a L/XL, again because of some reviews..I wanted to be safe, not sorry! The top was much too big, but I ordered mainly for the pants..I continued to get myself and my puppy ready for our walk and I stopped because I could feel my body heating up! I wore my sweat band which has nylon leggings attached and could feel sweat already! Finally did our walk, got back home and I sweated so much the pants were clinging to me. Our weather was not hot, in fact it was windy and a little cool and I was still drenched! I'm glad I took a chance and made my purchase. I believe these will really work for me during the warmer weather that's coming.

Helps to overcome runner's itch
If you are struggling with runner's itch then this will definitely help you sweat so that you can continue your exercise routine without the discomfort from runner's itch. I did a few minutes of squats before runner's itch kicked in. I rested for a minutes than did squats again until I started sweating for the first time in winter! For years I've tried antihistamine to overcome runner's itch to no avail. It turns out I just needed a sauna suit to sweat. Much cheaper than antihistamines too!

Husband purchased this to help him shed some pounds. He seems comfortable in it. He is able to lay around the house in it. He defiantly sweats! Also he needs help to get it off after because once he swears it clings to him and it’s hard to get off by his self

Hefty is better quality
That ball company should just sell garbage bags as sauna suits. That's what mine was, thickness and quality heck I get contractor bags that are have thickness greater than that. Oh and sizes are not actually all correct. They run small like real small. Torn in three uses and was gentle in removal and putting it on . Going to ask for compensation, but lesson learned 10$ was worth? Exactly.........???? Seams tear.

You should make it better the quality is poor
I bought this sauna suit the pants didn’t last two weeks..So I sent it back and they replaced it and now the shirt is tearing the quality is poor, Both pair of the pants busted within weeks and I’m not a big person I was almost afraid to ride my bike because when you’re exercising you assume it’s not going to split up the seams..I am very disappointed because I love the Sauna suit but I’m not gonna buy another one. Money down the drain.

This thing is AMAZING!
I purchased a sweat belt for my stomach and wanted to get this too because I’m not naturally a huge sweater. I’d go for a hike or jog for like 10 minutes, walk for 20 - and when I got home I’d have sweating literally pouring from out of this thing. I’m so impressed! You instantly lose water weight. This paired with the sweat band around your stomach will instantly give you a flatter stomach also. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Empecé usándolo cada que hacía ejercicio.Pesaba 93kg ahora peso 86 y ahora sólo lo uso cada 3 días. Un día antes de mi día de descanso. Para eliminar líquidos del cuerpo es muy bueno.MATERIAL. es un poco más resistente al de esos color gris que normalmente compras en el supermercado.PRECIO. Creo que es un buen producto relacionado con el precio que pagas.

De buena calidad.Siempre y cuando lo laves sin maquinas ni utensilios justo después de utilizarlo, dura mucho tiempo. Llevo un mes usándolo diario y sigue como nuevo. Además sirve súper bien pars bajar de peso.

todo bien excepto que no tiene la durabilidad requerida ya que yo realizo ejercicio de bajo impacto (SOLO CAMINATA) y se rompio a las 2 semanas de USO ojala y puedan mejorar su calidad no importa que incremente el PRECIO lo pagamos, por lo demas todo muy bien TALLA y AJUSTE perfectos, muchas Gracias

Bad quality product
Update: pants ripped themselves after 3rd accurate use. Do not buy. I am dissatisfied and cannot return. Returning period was just expired recently.

First day of use in freezing weather (Cad)
Does the job i suppose, creates a good sweat even under freezing weather. (I wore another layer on top). You pat pay for what you get, I already notice two mini hole from running.
