20250822 The second driver I received yesterday was supplied with three (3) sheetrock screws (?!) in a small bag...in lieu of the crossover capacitor that I received with the first unit I ordered. Absurd. Rating lowered to the deserved 2 stars. 20250813 I found the sound produced by this driver while mated to a 16"x5", 90x40 dispersion horn impressive, particularly at this price. Prominent frequency range is 500Hz-to-5kHz (a dip is present 5kHz-to-6kHz [on the supplied graph [[actual measured response may vary depending on horn]] ]), which is sufficient for use as a midrange driver. (The frequency range cited may prove ideal for use in instrument speaker systems/cabinets for guitars [example] in a 2-way [without a separate tweeter]).
