excellant value
I like this chair.the folding arms are perfect for what I was looking for,a chair with arms that would slide all the way under my desk.it was easy to put together[you might have to use a little muscle to get the screw holes to line up],took about 20 minutes.5 wheels that snap in the bottom,4 screws that fasten the bracket to the bottom of the seat and 8 screws to fasten the 2 armrest to the seat and back cushion and your done.i'm a big guy so I was a bit worried if it would be large enough to fit my frame [6'2/260lbs] but I have a couple of inches to spare on each side in between the armrests.at first I couldn't get it to lean back and was disappointed and thought it was messed up.i got to looking at it and saw that I had screwed the bracket to the bottom of the seat backwards.changed it back around and it tilts just perfect. [duh].the brown matches my desk perfectly.don't know how it will hold up over time but right now i'm happy with this purchase.it's a $130 chair.if you want the quality of a $500 chair buy a $500 chair.don't rag on this one because you were expecting to get a lot more than what you pay for.

big man review 6ft 250+
overall it is not terrible for the price, HOWEVER. if you are my size I would look for something larger. I am in the middle of weight loss effort but at my current size it is too small for me but not impossible to use. the components feel pretty cheap and if I don't lose my weight soon I feel like it will break sooner than later. but I guess its also a motivator. overall the cushions and (plastic) "leather" feels very comfy and soft to the skin. I've had chairs this material before and I know it will most likely start to peel off and make a mess at some point but I knew that going into this price range. the champagne color goes very nice in my room and I'm hoping it's a chair that will grow on me and motivate me to lose even more weight so that I can sit more comfortably. assembly was a pain but we got through it its like any other chair with this design and the holes are not perfectly lined up in one spot but not impossible to do with a little patience.

Missing screw and cover to finish assembling a chair that is average.
10 month update: I will not change my star rating but I will say the chair is very comfortable. I sit in it a lot and find it doesn't leave any part of my body sore and I don't want to get up after an hour. So, hooray for that. Too bad their customer service sucks and I see the price has increased significantly since my purchase.Chair arrived quickly. Opened box to find a random screw on top of the packaging. Nope, this is not looking good. So, I stuck the screw in my pocket and unloaded the other items from the box. When I was ready to put the chair together, I realized, the only screw, is the random screw in my pocket. I dive back into the box to find a lot of screws and covers randomly in the bottom of the box. Upon closer investigation, I realize the plastic that is taped to the top box flap is where the screws were but there is an opening down the side as though the bag was never sealed (speculation). I put the chair together and of course, I am missing exactly 1 screw and 1 cover. Sure feels like someone crammed the screws in the box and they were never in the open bag that was taped to the top. Now, it is time to call Norwood Furniture using the number on the instructions, which were very easy to follow.Guy answering the phone and the recorded message, inform me that I have called School Outfitters. When I ask, he mumbles something about, yeah, Norwood or we do that too or something. He requests my Amazon order number to then say, I cannot help you because we have an Amazon team and he transfers me. Next person takes all of my information (let me mention again, this is for one screw and a cover) only to inform me that someone from Amazon will be calling me to discuss the screw and cover. And about the chair, although it states "Commercial" in the name, it is no better or different from any other office chair you would purchase in this price range. If you are on the larger side, you would want to look elsewhere because the seat is very narrow. I am going to keep it only because I do not feel like taking it apart and repacking it. I will never buy this brand again.

this chair is amazing! I originally purchased the chair because I prefer ...
OK. I don't usually write reviews (if you're reading this, I'm sure you see that a lot). Anyway, this chair is amazing! I originally purchased the chair because I prefer to sit Indian style (cross-legged to those who have an issue with that). So, I knew that I needed a chair that has a large enough base to hold me and my legs comfortably (they fall asleep if I'm squished). I'm 5'6 and yes, kinda fat at 200 pounds (I'm working on that). The joy of this chair is that the arms are sturdy and at the perfect height. They fold up and stay wherever you put them (even halfway up). This makes them the perfect armrest because you can fold them out of your way to sit how you want or put them up when pushing your chair under a desk. It was easy to assemble (15 minutes by myself). The cushion is extra comfortable, too. If I sit too long, I am a little sweaty when I get up but I resolved that by placing a towel on the seat. I'm not posting any pics because I'm not cleaning my office space. It's a mess because I'm in the middle of a crazy semester. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this chair if you purchase it.

Not too bad
Got the chair in and put it together, with screw holes and the arm holes not lining up but was able to force it together, lets see how it last.First time sitting on it, the cushions are low and already can feel the board at the bottom of the seat but that is after sitting for 4 hrs but over time, this chair wont last long. I am only 180lbs so if you are heavier, you might be just sitting on wood. The chair once all together and sitting on it, I noticed the chair is not stable or solid as it has some play in the chair where you shift your weight and the chair would move, wobbly. I am okay with it as it feels like my old 20 year old chair lol. This chair feels really cheap and lucky for me I didn't pay much for it so I will keep it and use it for as long as it last and maybe go get one from costco or another chair off amazon once this one crashed.Working with the chair I just realized that the chair at max height does not even extend high enough for a regular desk which is totally useless lol I will try and get some new wheels for the chair and see if it can get abit higher so it can be used as a desk chair. Currently it is too short. from the back side the tallest it goes is 42.5 inch which is 2 to 3 inch too low.
