Nice big sturdy cutting board
This cutting board fits my countertop perfectly. It's big! Nice for working on cutting things up, you have room to work with. My knife did leave scratches on the board, as expected. It didn't dull my knife. The only thing that could be a negative is it's bulky when cleaning, not the fault of the board. I really like it when cutting large pieces of meat. One side has lettering by the handle while the other side doesn't. If you wanted to use one side for meat, and the other for veggies, it's easy to do. It fits good in a 13 gallon garbage bag for storage.

My Daily Driver
Ditch your bamboo cutting boards and buy this (seriously, those are horrible for knives). As someone that's professionally cooked in kitchens for years, this is as commercial as it gets. I originally bought a very large one for big tasks (like carving meat and thus forth), and loved it so much that I bought two more medium ones that could fit in the dishwasher and be sanitized quickly. They are a perfect size for my counter tops, and fit vertically in the dishwasher. These are so easy to clean/wipe down, and there are no warping issues after sanitizing cycles. I'd much rather buy these over the cheap ones (I've had many over the years, and I wish I just bought these first). The cutting boards are one of those BIFL things. I haven't had any issues with staining and these have stayed white over time, but even if that happens it's to be expected with cutting boards (even in commercial kitchens) so don't toss yours. These keep my Messermeister, Victorinox, and Takayuki knives in pristine condition as they effortlessly glide and cut like a dream on top of these. These have a sturdy, heavy weight to them, even the 0.5" thick ones. I don't find them particularly slippery, especially not my large 3/4" thick one. I think anyone would be happy with whichever size they choose to fit their needs.

Truly impressed
First off, let's talk about the size. The 12 by 18-inch surface is generous without being cumbersome. It provides ample space for chopping a variety of ingredients, whether I'm prepping a large batch of vegetables for a stir-fry or breaking down a whole chicken. The 1-inch thickness is also perfect; it gives the board a substantial feel and keeps it stable on the counter, even during vigorous chopping. One of the most common frustrations with cutting boards, especially plastic ones, is warping. I'm delighted to report that after several months of regular use and countless washes, my Winco board has shown absolutely no signs of warping. It remains perfectly flat, which is crucial for safe and efficient cutting. This speaks volumes about the quality of the material and its construction.Cleaning this board is an absolute breeze. Its smooth, non-porous surface means food bits and juices don't cling or seep in. A quick rinse and a wipe with soap and water are usually all it takes to get it sparkling clean. I've also run it through the dishwasher multiple times without any issues, and it comes out looking as good as new. This ease of cleaning is a major plus, especially when dealing with raw meats or strong-smelling ingredients.Beyond these practical aspects, the Winco cutting board is also gentle.

Good as a cutting board. Great for other purposes as well.
Nice sized cutting surface...But, I use mine as a snow-board for measuring snowfall. Also, one became the roof of a weather shelter that had previously use a wooden top that warped and rotted away. Works good for multiple purposes. Nice strong board.

Slippery but can be fixed
For the home chef like myself these things slide all over the kitchen counters and they're actually quite dangerous so I'm going to have to remove a star for that. I understand many people put a towel underneath the cutting board but I don't want to have to do that every time. I did create a permanent fix for the issue, see below. Otherwise, the things are extremely well made. They are not warped. The material is thick and heavy. They don't seem to damage knives too much though plastic will damage knives more than, say, maple. They clean easily. I fixed the slipping problem by purchasing here on Amazon several rubber feet, 18 mm in diameter. I also purchased 7/16" stainless steel screws to attach the feet to the cutting board. I drilled small pilot holes being careful not to drill through the board and attached the feet. The feet do not come off in the dishwasher nor do the screws rust. If you don't want to put a towel under your cutting board every time then this is the only way that I have found to fix the slipping issue.

Can I Give it 10 Stars??
WOW! These are much nicer than I thought they would be. Soooo sturdy and hygienic. We bought them (2) to cut down and put as a cover in our travel trailer kitchen sink and they could not be more perfect. We originally thought we would cut down two of them so we could take one out and use the other to prep food, but the length of one leaves just enough room to add items to the sink. We are keeping the second one and will find a use in the house. When my husband cut it down, it cut so easy and smooth. This is something I would give 10 stars if I could.

Cutting board turned dog carrier adapter.
Mounting a soft sided dog carrier to a motorcycle seat is a bit of a puzzle. After trying plywood for a few summers, I went with this cutting board. Thick. Strong. Weatherproof. Easy to drill to attach hardware to.

Great big board
Was looking for a big board to work on and keep my knives from getting dull. This board feels good when working on it. I love the thickness, it just feels good. However, you'll need BIG sink to clean it - so measure before you buy. It'll be nightmare to clean if your sink is not big enough to fit all of it in. Bare in mind - it's BIG. And slightly heavy (an advantage and disadvantage...)
