The neck collar is a bit wide for me it hits my jaw. My neck is 14". The size I bought was Small. The item is marked Large and says it's for neck sizes 14" to 20". I can barely fasten it on my neck. There is no way it would fit a 20" neck. The Velcro fastener isn't long enough.I'll keep it but won't but this brand again. I'll buy one that I can actually see and try first.

I really like this product
I really like this product. I use it to keep my mouth closed while I am sleeping. It is really helping stop my snoring!

Sleep Apnea-no more
Due to illness, I wear it at night to keep my head upright, thus eliminating sleep apnea. It's comfortable and securely fits around my neck. It's much less annoying and cheaper than a CPAP machine. Measure your neck with a measuring tape. See if you will be able to handle the fit directly under your chin and order accordingly.

Avoid purchase if you value your clothing.
The problem with this product is that the closing mechanism is configured incorrectly. The sharp material should be on the closing strap, not on the neck brace. The sharp material ruins your shirt or suit coat by damaging the fabric.

Very comfortable, velcro does not touch my skin. I have a small neck, but it fits nicely.
