Right belt for fitness!!
This belt is the best belt I've used for my fitness program on leg day. I understand that it is billed as a dip belt, however, I use it as a squat belt along with a pull-up belt. It perfectly accommodates my back because I can't stack a heavy load on my back for squats, well in comes the Advanced Dip Belt to save the day. I simply hook the pulley machine to the left and the right side and I'm off to the races with this very well constructed belt. I have been asked several times where did I get this belt. I always recommend them straight to this belt on Amazon. I'd made my own version for years prior to just happening upon this belt and all of my needs were met in a flash, now leg day is a thing of beauty and functionality without any more back pain from crushing weights. It allows me to move as I normally would but now with the added dimension of weight at my hips to carve out a monsters leg day. Thank you Iron Bull, I've sent all of my workout partners to your store to get one of their own. For the record, I paid for my belt and this is an endorsement done of my own free will because when something works you gotta tell the world about it.UPDATE: I just ordered myself another one because I hate when you find a good product and you go to replace it with the same one and it's nowhere to be found. Truth. I know you've been there!Update #2: I still love my belt, however, I'm a realist, anything you use in the gym with weights will ritually start to tare because it's cloth, so I had the idea to reenforce the stitched area that connects the D-rings to the belt by sewing over them with 25 lb fishing line ( I know "fishing line) yes the kind designed not to break easily. I know it sounds either crazy or brilliant but better safe than sorry. I'm planning on using this belt for a while and brutally in the gym.

versatile
I lift heavy weight and a back surgery changed what I am allowed to bear on my back. I love this belt because of the versatility of 3 connection points. I sometimes put it on backwards too. Been using them with my functional trainer, and with weight. At 32 inch pant size, I own 3 different sizes for different purpose: Large over padding for heavy two legged stuff. Medium for single leg. Small fits but mainly use it for kids I train. I have to wear the small above my waist, and it can pinch onto the hips, where the larger sizes fit more comfortably slightly over the hips. I did rip off a D ring using 320#, but it had been an awkward lift with the wrong size. They offered to exchange it, but I just bought another one for the effort/price. The construction is very strong, but since I am using it extremely, I put a few extra nylon stitches in the corners just above the D rings. So far great with continued abuse. And my back is happy too. I sometimes wear a weight vest to add some balance without overstraining my back, because for two legged squats it becomes more of a quad exercise because of where the pull comes from. So 60-90 pounds on my shoulders brings the center of gravity forward as I bend over, so as to engage butt, adductors, and hamstrings more.

Great belt that is heavy duty and built to last
Great belt that is heavy duty and built to last. I suffer chronic back pain and can no longer load my spine in movements like squats or deadlift. This belt has allowed me to load up weight for split squats, standard squat, even cable squat and use on a belt squat machine. I waited several months to see how the belt held up before I reviewed and am very please. Full disclosure, I am a 5'10" female and have only loaded the belt with about 75-100lbs for any given excersise. I only wish that they added more attachment pieces to the front and sides. I suppose it could be because of the size of my waist but there is no symmetrical way to attach weight hanging front to back. To perform many of the lifts i do, using the side attachments impedes movement through the exercise and rubs on clothing and legs. I address this by roating the belt 90 degrees so that the side hooks are then in the front and back, but as I mentioned they aren't symmetrical to my waist and cause the plates to hang a bit awkwardly to one side. If the sides had 2 hooks close together on both sides of the belt it would be perfect. There are zero signs of wear after several months of use several times a week. I am very pleased with the product and the possibilities it offers me in my workouts. Thanks so much Iron Bull Strength!

Very comfrotable, fits to size.
Fits snugly, securely and comfortably with belt type velcro waist fastening, much better than the chain only type belts. Having two weight fixing points on the sides, means no attempted castration (!) and the weights have much less tendency to swing, so again making it much more comfortable. Fits true to size in description (and on "iron bull" website) despite what other reviewers say! I chose (M) and measured 31-32"... I was encouraged to choose a (M) rather than (S) from the other reviews, but i am actually on the limit of how small the M will tighten. Was nice to find one of these that actually fits smaller stature people! The sewing does not look completely wonderful, and thread ends look a little suspect in how they are finished, so from other people's reviews I am expecting to have to carry out a bit of maintenance from time to time, but not a big issue.

Couldn’t ask For a Superior Belt!!!!
I was going to write a review soon after training with the belt a little bit longer but Alex reached out to me and seemed genuinely Interested in my progress so shout out to Alex!! I’ve mainly been using it for Pull-ups and so far it’s Great!!! I’ve only used the strap it came with with a 25lb plate, and am very careful not to overdo it. The material is also great I’m always strapped and secured and am really comfortable at the same time. This is a belt that will last you a long time if you treat it right at the same time.

Great belt
Size is a bit small. Recommend going bigger than what it actually says

軽さ
ジムにもっていくにしても、鎖は重いのでこのような軽いベルトは持ち運びしやすい。ベルトとして使うのも、まぁまぁ無いよりマシで、できない訳ではないと思います。

It's the best thing ever
I use this belt with the " stamina in line back stretcher bench" and it is fantastic. I have years of experience with inversion tables due to old injuries but with these two items I am able to stretch my back while not having to hang upside down or have any tension on my ankles or knees. It also distributes the tension equally over your spine to allow more relief in upper back, I was not able to do this with an inversion table. This product is well made and so fantastic and used with the back stretching bench it actually drastically added to the quality of my life. Here is how I use it.1.Set the length of the back stretching table to the shortest length2.Put the belt on the bench where your waist will be with the included strap attached to either side of the belt and loop the strap around the part of the back stretcher that holds your ankles.3.Then get on the bench on top of the belt and strap it on after you are laying down, this makes life easier, trust me.4.Put your arms under the arm holders and crank the bench until you experience light tension and hold it for a minute or two then release, rest then repeat.5.Remove belt before you get up and go get on your foam roller to roll your spine. This is very necessary, get yourself a foam roller for your back.Start slow with light tension and work your way up over months and you can relieve yourself of back pain and over time literally straighten your spine. Do not over crank the stretcher, you could hurt yourself, take it nice and easy and gradually increase tension over weeks and months.I slipped a disc in my lower back (again, extreme pain) a couple of weeks ago and using this belt, the bench, and my foam roller I was able to get my bulging disc back into place and get back to work. Now my inversion table is in the closet and I use this every day just to stretch and take the pressure off my spine and it is so good after working at my desk all day. Great for general maintenance, I am now standing straight and tall.If you have ever had back surgery please consult your doctor before doing this.

Versatile, Solid Belt w/ Terrible Strap
The belt itself is great. It can easily be set up in many different ways: from either side, both sides, front, or back. You could also turn the belt sideways and load from the front and back at the same time, but it may or may not line up exactly with the midline of the body, depending on the size of your waist and belt.Build quality is good, it's built of nylon weave - very durable and lightweight. The stitching is strong and I haven't noticed any torn stitches from loading the belt. The black paint on the metal components is good, I noticed only a small amount of abrasion after using for a week. In the long term, it will probably wear off at the key contact points for the clips. Not really an issue, you can stray paint them if it bothers you.It folds up very compact, good for storage and transport in a gym bag.The strap that comes with this belt is garbage, I had torn through it in less than a week. I recommend buying a steel chain, anything between 2' and 4' will be ideal. A 3/16" coil chain works well with the clips provided along with the belt. Here's the chain I got: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B00FH8F8GQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1If you're able to go to a hardware store for chain, I'd recommend buying 3/16" steel coil chain, approximately 2'6". It's available at Home Depot for a much better price than the one listed above.
