Rusted out
Within a month the license plate cover is covered with rust. Almost can't read it. Would not recommend.

Obscures too much of top of license plate - possible violation
Blocks too much of the top of the license plate - In my case blocking the "state" lettering ... In some jurisdictions this might result in a violation for "obscuring you license plate". ObscuresUpdate: The "chrome" is pocked and rusted - It did not survive a northeastern winter's salted roads.
