They're Screws
Do what they are supposed to do but expensive for what they are.

Correct screws to mount to mod plate, don’t forget about the sticker in the packaging.
If you’re trying to mount an SRO to an mos plate these are the correct screws. Personally I knocked the factory thread locker off and put blue loctite on. Lost one of my old screws and the SRO almost came off during a match using the old screws and factory thread locker. Hopefully the blue loctite will work better. If you’re a sticker hound there should be a sticker sandwiched between paper in the packaging.
