I was a little concerned when taking delivery as the packaging was damaged in places but the desk was so well protected that there wasn't a mark on it. Each of the fittings were in their own bag which made assembly that much quicker and there were spares 'just in case'. Altogether a high quality and sturdy piece of equipment with the only reservation being that the pictures for assembly could have had a description in places to avoid the 'DIY hindsight' issue when you realise that you needed to do it differently when you got 3 pictures further on! Scanner shelf caught me out! But that's only a minor gripe!

Great value for money!*hint black rails separate to attach onto boards there is a leaver inside the rail*Great finish and was lovely.Building was complicated but that could be due to my incompetence. There is an online video if you google product that gives you a break down of assembly.Just love this product and goes to well with room was worried when read other reviews but if you put a good couple of hours aside for yourself and have the video to hand you will be super happy!Product comes in two parcels so don’t worry if you only get one part customer service when asked was amazing and explained this to me.Delivery company I wish they had gone with someone else as they were horrific and customer services for delivery company was terrible wish they went with some other company

Fast delivery of an excellent desk. Well packed and adequate instructions. Put together by myself but a second pair of hands would have helped as quite heavy as gradually built. Recommended.

This was my second purchase, my first was a black desk. Everything went together well, so l knew how to build my second purchase!The second one was brown, being sold much cheaper than black or whIte... no wonder it's cheap!The drawer backs (2) were missing, but lucky me l did have 4 drawer bases , for the 2 drawers.I also had 2 of the top corner shelves, not 1. That's the pretty triangular bit.Both tops to the left and right hand units were too long to fit the backs. I had to cut them to fit.Worse still were a lot of the fixing holes didn't line up, by many millimeters.Thankfully l am able to make things fit.... except the missing drawer backs.

I had to assemble this alone, I live alone, had one or two setbacks during the process, everything is there and marked, remember the sliding shelf is awkward, the runners do separate, I didn't know that (pic 3). You will need screwdrivers and a hammer and a lot of perseverance. The end result is well worth it. Good luck.

Nice desk when build but in the end we didn't bother with the draws as none of the holes lined up so we totally gave up. Shame as we are pretty good at flat pack but this one was just so frustrating to build.The monitor stand was a total nightmare as the metal posts are too long so doesn't allow the screws to screw into the wood. In the end had to cut them down to get to fit which wasn't and easy job to cut down fiddly posts with a hack saw.Its built and looks ok but if we had to buy another wouldn't get one of these again the build was too stressful.Couple of bits of damage to wood which discovered once started to build but carried on and just touched up with white paint as no way was going to dismantle so check all pieces before you start build.Would recommend that who every designed and spec'd parts should try to build one.**Amendment to review. The seller has done a great job with addressing the issues on this product and the matter is now resolved ***
