I bought this for my daughter and didn't think much of this at first. It shoots the regular elite darts well and the mega darts pretty well too. It's a long prime but a very easy priming front loading smart AR blaster. We have house battles where regular elite and mega darts are used. My daughter wanted to use my flywheel blaster so we traded. Honestly I love this thing. It's not the best performing blaster but it's great when it's time to scavenge ammo. Also an added bonus is that it's pretty wide and works really well as a shield for blocking my face when my wife is head hunting me with her cycloneshock lol

My son really likes this gun, it shoots both the small and mega bullets. It has a switch on the side so you can choose which bullets you want to shoot. It charges by simply pulling the handle on the back. The handle does not return forward until the trigger is polled. Reasonably accurate, and lots of fun for the kids. It holds a total of six bullets. Three standard bullets, three mega bullets.

Won't switch between the 2 difference need sizes. Switch wont move

For nerf gun wars, I have not found another dark gun better in terms of fast reload and anti-jamming. Because it is front loading, it doesn't jam like those that have a rotary. It also gives you to flexibility to use both kind of darts, which means in a mad scramble, you can pick up a dart and easily put it to use with your gun. The price is also very good and if you are not a spray-and-pray player and don't need an automatic - this is your best choice.

I have a 4 year old girl and a 8 year old boy. They both love to play Nerf wars. I have found the younger one has problems getting the gun ready to shoot so I am always looking for easier guns. This one definitely fits the bill and is very easy for younger kids to play Nerf. Plus, the ability to shoot to different sized bullets from the same gun is an added bonus.
