After reading many reviews about this item and for other similar ones here on Amazon, I learned something. Some people when install them, put to much torque on the bolts and destroy them. Then, they blame on cheap metal, poor quality, etc. So, my advise, when install them use common sense and don't over-torque them. There is no point to recommend a torque as most of the people don't own a small torque wrench to begin with. I used a small Allen key and when my finger nails were getting white while torquing, then I knew, the bolt is tight enough. I also put some grease on the central bolt. Just to make sure the friction will not add extra stress on the bolt or the fork nut threat.Installation went very easy with no issues, tried after the install to twist the handle in opposite side of the wheels. It hold tight. No issues. No play and no vibration when riding on it. I didn't use all the spacers as I left one uninstalled. My wife is super happy. It improved her ride and her hands are no longer getting tired. I'll order another one for my bike now.

For the price, I wasn't expecting much in the way of finish quality - especially since in the photo for the 25.4 x 60.mm, the "V" was milled in with a nasty dull bit.Thankfully they got their machining figured out by the time mine was produced. The milling is fairly clean, the hardware seems nice, and the texture from the sand-casting isn't as rough as the photo makes it seem.Haven't mounted it yet, but hey it's a stem, so it'll either work or it'll snap in a few weeks and wreck my face. Feeling positive tho.

Llevo un mes utilizando está potencia y sentí el cambio con más estabilidad en el manubrio, es de buena calidad el material y les recomiendo apretar con cuidado los tornillos para evitar dañar su manubrio
