Howdy! You can clean the tubes out in spring after the new mason bees have hatched. Larvae develop over winter and then emerge from the nests in spring (you will see little holes when they have left). Wait until spring temperatures are in the mid-50's F and then use a small rod to tap out the mud and get it ready for the next season.
