Gets the job done
This electrolyte powder is unflavored which means there isn't added sugar like many electrolyte products, but since there is no flavor added it gives water a certain funkiness that could be unpleasant to some people. It dissolves okay with some mixing, but there have been some occasions where the powder forms a crystal lump on the bottom of my water bottle that doesn't want to dissolve. If you want a no-frills electrolyte powder that is what it says on the tin, this should work fine for you.

Great hydration support, gentle on the stomach
I really like these electrolyte packets! They dissolve easily in water and have a very clean, mild taste—not too sweet or artificial. I’ve been using them for hydration during busy days and after long shifts, and they make me feel refreshed without upsetting my stomach.I also appreciate that the ingredients are simple and seem high quality. It’s a great option if you want electrolytes without a lot of added sugar. Definitely recommend for daily hydration or recovery! 💧✨

No artificial sweeteners!!!! 👍
To begin, I have had a very difficult time finding electrolyte replacements that do not contain artificial sweeteners. I cycle daily and work up a big sweat, and as a result, suffer rather severe cramping. I used to use LMNT but I developed a bad gut reaction to stevia and other artificial sweeteners. The NormaLyte electrolyte powder has no such sweeteners and they provide plenty of sodium to combat my cramps. They are tasteless so I add a fruit juice to add flavor. I’m very happy with this product!

Regulates my orthostatic hypertension and blood volume issues
NormaLyte Pure electrolyte powder packets taste like they added electrolytes to water, but made it to where you can't really taste it much.I adjusted the WHO ORS formula in 64oz of water to mimic NormaLyte Pure packets when I ran out, and the flavor is similar but slightly more ugh. Being autistic, I can recognize the possible electrolytes flavor vs the flavoring NormaLyte used.NormaLyte Pure packets are easier to use than mixing my own solution -- not to mention way more effective, probably because there is potassium in there. It mixes well, though I notice stirring it can result in buildup on some straws/bottoms of cups, depending on the design.I buy the NormaLyte Pure bundle -- packets and capsules -- which is most cost efficient for me. Even without the bundle, it is way less expensive than spending $8.97 on a box of LMNT every single day. The bundle lasts me about a week -- and I work in retail.NormaLyte Pure has helped regulate my blood volume/sodium needs for orthostatic hypertension, giving me a LOT of my life back that I'd felt I'd lost -- I have so much more energy now! Plain water dilutes me too much.I haven't tried it yet, but I feel like I could add NormaLyte Pure packets to juice (I don't drink much juice, though), tea, etc. without much difference in flavor, for an electrolyte boost so I don't have to worry about dilution.

Not flavorless but milder than others.
I got this because I can’t stand the drinks with that gross stevia flavor. I wouldn’t call this one truly tasteless but it’s better than some others I’ve tried. There’s no real texture to it - It was easy to mix it into a small glass to get through it faster. It was effective in helping with my thirst. It’s a bit pricey to have regularly but helps with my overall energy so I would buy it again.

Exactly the Hydration I Need
I have trouble staying hydrated, so I used to drink Kinderlyte every day. A few weeks ago I just couldn’t make myself choke down any more bland stevia water.I looked for alternatives, and this was a clear winner. No stevia or flavoring, just hydration salts. It uses dextrose to help with absorption, which is important for me. I had elevated liver enzymes a few years back, and my liver specialist advised me to reduce the levels of processed fructose in my diet. I followed his advice and now my levels are perfectly healthy. One of the most common sources of processed fructose is what we usually call sugar (sucrose). Sucrose is a disaccharide of glucose and fructose. I can’t have it regularly without damaging my liver. Dextrose is just glucose. Luckily, dextrose is also better for absorption (the guidelines that I found for oral rehydration salts said that sucrose should only be used if dextrose/glucose is not available). It seems strange to me that you don’t see it in more often in rehydration salts. My favorite way to drink this is to mix it with warm water, Hotta’s sugar free instant ginger tea powder, collagen peptides and a bit of extra dextrose (I like modernist pantry’s version because it dissolves very easily). It makes a nice gingery broth that is warm, spicy and very comforting.Since I use it every day, it would be nice if it were a bit less expensive, but even at this price I’ll definitely keep buying it.Hopefully they don’t reformulate it and ruin it by adding fake sweeteners or sucrose!

It actually works!
I have Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, MCAS and likely POTS but who wants another diagnosis? Anyway, I’ve gone most of my life unable to quench my thirst. Until now. I didn’t know how different life feels hydrated! If you suffer from any chronic illness and dehydration is a concern then this is worth a try. It’s been incredibly effective - from the first time. I add lime to mine and I like it best with bubbly water. If you don’t mix well you may get clumps of crystals but easily fixed. It’s easy to use and I’ve only had positive results.

Tastes disgusting, works the best.
We laugh that this tastes like brackish water but my daughter needs rehydration salts for a medical condition. Her doctor first recommended this and we add Young Life essential oil drink drops to it. She can actually feel the difference between brands and this seems to work the most efficiently and last the longest in her system. We like that longterm she's not ingesting any flavours or colours and is calibrated and tested unlike other products with similar claims. It's easy to carry and if she doesn't have a flavour enhancer, she just chugs it down. We haven't tried their flavoured products.
