Q: will the chalk marker come off a windshield with the rain?

Yes. It comes right off with water or Windex.

Q: Can you use these to paint faces on a Pumpkins

Yes, you can draw on the smooth pumpkin skin. I had to let it dry for 5 or 6 minutes, but it created super smooth lines that stood out very well. You would have to spray them with some kind of fixative to put them outside though, because the 'ink' is not waterproof. It's chalk. It wipes off with a wet cloth, which makes it super cool to experiment with different faces for each pumpkin. You can change any part of it you want, then carve the pumpkin. Awesome!

Q: Can you use these on a foam board?
