This product works very well for me for hormonal acne. I am a customer for as long as I need.

I have insulin-resistant PCOS & I’ve tried quite a few medications to regulate my blood sugar. These medications either didn’t seem to help or caused bad side effects. I’ve been taking this for probably 2 years now, and it’s so helpful!!!! I will definitely continue to be a customer. My only complaint is I wish the pills were a higher dosage since I have to take 3 at a time.

I have read nearly all the reviews. I have my own perspective to share. I have been taking this for 12 days. In the past twelve days, I have experience positive results. I suffer from horrible hypothyroidism and most of the symptoms that come along with it. I have severe tiredness, dry skin, weight gain, irregular cycles etc.For the first 2 days on these pills, I took the amount prescribed on the bottle and I felt no difference. After doing a bit of research, I discovered that 1 pill a day is a low dose for treating hypothyroidism. I upped my intake to 4 in the morning and 4 at night and this is what happend...It was like magic! Over the course of 12 days, I started my cycle (which is a miracle bc I miss it a lot due to hormone imbalance). My cycle is also lighter compared to previous months of heavy bleeding. My mood went from feeling depressed most days to mostly happy except 1 of the 12 days. I can wake up at a normal hour, instead of feeling like I have to sleep all day. My skin is starting to look healthier and not as dull as it has been. Overall, I just feel better and like a normal person again.The only negative thing I have discovered is I have very vivid dreams and often nightmares. Before taking the pills I could never remember my dreams and now I can. I don't like the nightmares bc I wake up in the morning panicked, but for now I will deal with them bc I am loving my positive results.I will continue to take these for a few months and update on any long term changes/results. Read the research behind these pills and take at least 6 a day for results. One pill isn't going to be enough to cause noticeable change if you suffer from hormone issues like me. There are no negative side effects.
