Great supplement for eyes.

Use with Caution - but this product does work
Giving 5 stars because the product did take obvious effect, but I don't tolerate it. L-Serine can overload glutamate and NMDA, leading to intolerable side effects in some (including me). I was aware of this when I tried the supplement and knew what to look out for, so I stopped after noticing negative side effects. As with any supplement, use with caution and consult a medical professional/pharmacist.
